At 11 a.m. today, Sup Dogs in Greenville announced on their Twitter page that the annual Doggie Jams will be held on Saturday, April 4 at 3 p.m. and headlined by former basketball star and disk jockey, Shaquille O’Neal.
O’Neal, under the stage name DJ Diesel, will co-headline the event with musician, Just The Tip.
Shaquille O’Neal, often referred to as Shaq, got his start as one of the most popular basketball players in the NBA. He started his music career when he was a disc jockey for Louisiana State University (LSU) during the 1980s and has released several rap albums during the 90s. Currently, he produces electronic music and tours around the world under his stage name DJ Diesel.
Many twitter users express their excitement for the event with some already purchased tickets.

Tickets are currently on sale for $30 at SupDogsTickets.com or can be purchased inside the Sup Dogs location in Greenville at 213 E 5th St.
