ECU fans have plenty to look forward to

Abstract:
Classes end on Monday.

Exams end May 8.

But sports will not be ending anytime soon.

As students mourn in summertime blues, figure out post-graduation plans or move away from Greenville for the summer, they all have one thing to look forward to-sports.

And that optimism should start with the ECU baseball team....

Seth Maness is making more headlines that Easley gubernatorial press secretary Seth Effron, who's been facing some pretty tough reporters in the Capital City batter's box lately.

The Pirates made quite an impression on Raleigh-area baseball fans recently as they staged a great comeback rally to within one run in the 9th inning of their game at N.C. State.

Good luck to East Carolina the rest of the regular season and on into the playoffs.
