Hi! Thanks for opening up my message board that will answer the question I posed to you under my last message board entitled, "why I should be president". By the way, before you read about my in-depth way to get perhaps you and 10's of million of other citizens to volunteer to help finance the rebuilding of our country's infrastructures and other important "projects", did you have any clue to how I planned to ask you and others how I hoped to get you to volunteer? I will not waste any more of you time; I will now explain what the answer is and just four ways to use my interesting solutions. Finally, like or not like what you read next I do promise the reader one thing, is that you "WILL" learn about something interesting and new, if nothing else. During WW II our Government issued what came to be commonly known as WWII war bonds. They were the principle way WW II was funded to build the war machinery, tanks, planes and ships, etc. that helped defeat our two major enemies, Germany and Japan. If America's people volunteered back then to buy "WAR BONDS" for a particular and extremely important reason, why can we not use a similar program to help finance the rebuilding of America's infrastructures and much more? However, this time I have modernized the "BOND" that I believe will make my bond program more attractive and even more desirable for the American people to purchase, for whatever the money may be used for. How you ask? It is quite simple, my bond product will look like pictures that you might like to hang on your wall, where air that wall is located. Thus, I call my new "BOND" idea / solution, "VISUAL PICTURE BONDS". Some other unique features of my V.P.B's is that they can be produced by our government in all sizes, shapes, colors, offsetting denominations (this makes my bonds even more interesting to own) and in limited editions to make investing in these type of bonds even more attractive to hobbyists and investors to purchase. Incidentally, my type of BONDS will be printed on the same currency paper (cloth) America's currency is now being printed on, another attractive feature for owning one. I even suggest the currency paper be thickened to make the bonds stronger and more rigged for hanging. In fact, some bonds, under curtain circumstances need not have a growth interest built in them, such as the one example of the personal President Bush bond. I wrote in my last message board that I would give the reader a very interesting example of one particular group of people that alone has the possibility year after year, by 100% voluntarily means, to raise 10's of millions of dollars for the repair of America's decaying infrastructures and much more. That group of people is engaged couples. Picture one of these so-called "WEDDING" type bonds at your wedding (friends wedding, etc) where your invited guests can write an encouraging message on said V.P.B. Instead of just putting it away you can hang the V.P.B. on a prominent place in your home apartment, business etc. for all visitors, etc. to see. Plus, each time you go by the V.P.B., for the next 15 years, you hear the sound Cha-ching. That is the sound of your V.P.B. going up in value, a nice bonus for buying the bond, besides remembering the encouraging words placed their by your family and friends on the V.P.B on one of the most important days of your life. Speaking for myself, it is a keepsake item that I would have handed down to your children, if I had the opportunity to do so, that I am trying to give engaged couples the opportunity to have at their wedding ceremony. To meet the interested needs of two groups of engaged couples, our Government can offer two types of V.P.B. Those two groups are the generic impersonally one that a majority of the America's people can afford to buy and the personalized one of a kind V.P.B. that only the wealthy in our society can afford to buy. Incidentally, I believe whatever a celebrity couple does pay to have one personally made for their wedding day, might never have to be bought back by our Government. Why? Simple, I believe there are American entities, like casinos that would be thrilled to buy (higher then what the government would give the couple) and display many personalized bonds on casino walls, if a Hollywood celebrity decided it was time to get the money back from the so-called wedding bond, for their customers to see who was at the wedding and what was written. Thus, another example of our government getting money without doing it through taxation, but by 100% voluntary means. Plus, in many instances might never have to buy back the bonds for a very long period of time, as well. Whether a full time or part time volunteer (reserves) our dedicated man and woman serving in the military sacrifice a great deal to defend our country against those out to destroy our way of life, including their lives. Thus, I would like to offer the American people another way to say, "THANK YOU" for their volunteering to serve in armed forces to keep us safe in America. How, by helping me to get our government to make available to those willing to purchase one, my new "DUAL PURPOSE" visual picture bonds. The moneys raised though this one targeted program could go a long way in helping those leaving the military re-adjust to civilian life. I am especially thinking about those who have been severely wounded in the defense of our Country. By the way, wouldn't it be nice to see one of these types of V.P.B. in all the Congressman and Senators offices in Washington. They can afford to purchase one because they just gave themselves a nice $8,000.00 raise, which some people do not believe they deserve, perhaps you? Lastly, just something to think about, it could be you who could be serving in the armed forces, if America reinstated the military draft. I think you get my drift? As you know President Bush will soon be out of office. I know that thrills a lot of people. Anyway, I'm sure he has many friends he might like to say thanks too, in a special way, after he leaves office. Why not send his friends, out of his own pocket, an individually autographed V.P.B. to say thanks for helping me to become president. These types of so-called "BONDS" will not earn the recipient one cent more then what it cost the President to buy them. I'm confident that those lucky enough to get a personally autograph President Bush V.P.B. will keep it and pass it on to one of their family members, when a loved one passes away. Thus, the money the Government makes will not have to be paid back, to the bond owners any time soon. Finally, I know there are a lot of President Bush haters all over America, especially on the Democratic side of the political spectrum, who might purchase one for a different reason, if they are made. That being, use it to throw darts at and when the V.P.B. reaches maturity turn it back into the government for more then what you paid for it. Yes, the unsigned President Bush V.P.B. will accumulate interest. Thus, having fun at President Bush's expense and making money to boot, what more can a Bush hater ask for. To be frank, I do not think President Bush will do the personal gift V.P.B. thank you bond. Why, I personally think he is to cheap to spend his own money on doing it. Vice President Richard Cheney might want to do likewise. I think that has a better chance of happening. Now to pick on Miss Oprah Winfrey, not to long ago Miss Oprah Winfrey spent, out of her own money, about 24 million dollars to build a school in Africa, I do commend her for doing so, but what about the deteriorating / bad schools here in America, particular in the inner cities. Following is a suggested way she and other wealthy Americans (Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Mitt Romney to name a few) can get our government to build schools all across our great country, voluntarily by wealthy citizens. Miss Oprah Winfrey could offer to pay, out of her our pocket, 25 million dollars to build an inner city school if the Government would make a 25 million dollar so-called Miss Oprah Winfrey V.P.B. (her design choice, etc) that will pay a certain interest till it matures in say, 30 years. For her generosity, Oprah will have a say on what type of school will be build and where the school will be built, etc. In fact, she can even insist that a particular percentage of those building the said school must be legal minority businesses / workers. Just think, how many jobs will be created, if Miss Winfrey and other wealthy people decide to use their wealth, under my V.P.B. agenda. Why not ask her what she thinks of this idea. Why not even ask Mitt Romney if he will support such a V.P.B. idea. While you are at it, why not ask the other contenders, as well. But of course, if the reader wants to build schools by paying higher taxes, please be my guest and pay mine for me, as well. In closing, you just read four interesting targeted ways to use my in-depth V.P.B. program to help America and its people. I am sure if you think about it you will find a program that you can voluntarily support for your own hobby interest, etc. I know if this were done I have a few I can voluntarily financial support. Lastly, please understand if I were to put other great uses for my V. P.B. program on this message board it could be up to five more pages longer. Think about it, the more we do this type of V.P.B. program the less in taxes you and 10's of millions of others will be obliged to pay to the Federal Government in taxes. One of the biggest reasons you and other Americans should support the implementation of this solution is what I just wrote. I can use financial help, bur for now all I am asking the reader to do is get the word out on this solution and the others you might have read about. Thank you for your cooperation. New Jersey's Governor Corzine publicly stated if anyone had another way to help keep taxes down in New Jersey to let him know. I did and I am still holding my breath waiting to hear back from him. I guess he is just another typical modern day profession politician who speaks out of both sides of his mouth and doesn't mean what he says. We have a lot of them in Washington too, don't you agree?
