Brief Overview

A weak cold front brings clouds and light rain to the area later Monday  afternoon diminishing quickly this evening. High pressure settles in through the mid week allowing temperatures to climb back up into the 60’s and 70’s under sunny skies. A strong cold front approaches this weekend ushering in colder temperatures, rain, and a chance for thunderstorms.  

Monday (03/30):

Today clouds will gradually increase in front of an approaching cold front.  The chance for rain showers later this afternoon will quickly diminish as we head into the evening hours. Temperatures will reach a high of 60.  

Monday Night:

Tonight skies will clear as the cold front pushes through allowing temperatures to drop to a low of 42. Expect calm winds.

Tuesday (03/31):

A beautiful spring day is on tap for Tuesday, as temperatures will reach a high of 70 under sunny skies.  Partly cloudy skies Tuesday night will allow the low to remain relatively mild as it dips to 49. 

Looking Ahead (4/1-4/3):

Looking ahead at the extended forecast we can expect sunny and warm conditions to continue through Thursday, as temperatures will reach the mid 70’s. The chance for showers and isolated thunderstorms increases as we head into the weekend in response to an approaching strong cold front.  Behind the cold front, we can expect another brief cool down as temperatures struggle to reach the 50’s early next
